Peih-Gee's Place ~ First Round

Eep, here we go! I'm in Jiangxi, on the Wuyi tribe, with Brandon, Corinne, Erinn, Fabio, RC, Reynold, Sierra and Todd. So far I've just been trying to get to know everyone. Brandon, Corinne and Fabio are already my favourites. In fact, we've already formed an alliance. I know, an alliance just a couple of hours into the game, what the hell?! I don't think I've ever aligned with a group so fast. Pretty much, Corinne said to me that RC approached her about an alliance, and was saying how shady that was cause it's so early.

Apparently, RC also made a similar offer to Brandon, he didn't like it either. But then like two seconds later, they're wanting to align with me. I think it's pretty hilarious, cause they were suspicious of RC playing so fast out of the gates, then they do the exact same thing. But of course I agreed to their offer, Fabio got added to it as well, we all get along and I had some good conversations with them. It's only an alliance of four, in a tribe of nine, so we're going to have to pull at least one person over to our side for the first vote.

But I don't think that should be too difficult to manage, it's not like the other five are going to find out about our alliance and team up against us. It's very early, but I think it's a good group for me to stick by at the beginning of this game. I spoke to Reynold and Todd briefly, they're okay, but nothing special. I actually really did like RC, but she's trying to make alliances with Corinne/Brandon yet never made that offer to me, so I don't really care for her now.

I'm yet to get to know Erinn or Sierra, so hopefully I get the chance in the near future! I would've liked to get to know everyone on my tribe before I fell into an alliance, but early game socialising is important, at least I'm in the mix. I'm excited to see how the Temple Of Fate twist will play out. The trait this round is strength! I wouldn't mind if Wuyi vote me to the Temple, I'll have an important choice to make, which would be fun. But I'm going to have to perform well in the challenge. I hope we can get off to a winning start!

RC invited me into an alliance with her, Sierra and Reynold. That is seriously so fucking random. I've barely spoken to any of those three! It's not like I was having a long conversation with RC tonight either, she just asked me to be in the alliance out of nowhere. I'm confused too, cause last night, Corinne and Brandon told me that RC asked them for an alliance, she never approached me. Yet now, she's wants to align with me and not them. She's all over the place!

Now I'm somehow pretty much aligned with everyone in the tribe. Peih-Gee/Corinne/Brandon/Fabio and Peih-Gee/RC/Sierra/Reynold. Erinn's clearly leaving if we lose this challenge, she hasn't showed up at all. Todd doesn't fit into either of my alliances, so ideally he could be next. I hope I don't get caught playing both sides, that could cause my game to fall apart. I didn't go out of my way to be in this position, especially not in round one! I'm going to have to be careful that my game doesn't blow up.

Ugh, we lost the challenge. That sucks! We were so close. Pretty much, Erinn finally showed up last night. Which was a surprise to all of us, I just assumed she wouldn't. Fabio ended up messing up one of the crate tosses, which isn't a big deal, because we all did at some point. But Erinn just logged off, meaning when we had to post again, we couldn't, cause she wasn't there. I don't know if that lost us the challenge, but still, it was close, and we still had plenty of time to toss more crates.

Tonight's vote is pretty simple. Erinn's leaving. Girl, bye! She's clearly pretty useless. I mean, at least she showed up, I guess. But she screwed us in the challenge and I haven't even talked to her. Everyone else has said the same, so she was leaving regardless of her challenge performance, it's clearly going to be a unanimous vote. I'm still in the middle of two alliances. Peih-Gee/Corinne/Brandon/Fabio and Peih-Gee/RC/Sierra/Reynold. I'm so scared I'm going to get caught!

I'm just unsure how I even ended up in this position. I don't feel like I'm the most social player on my tribe by any means, I've not even been around much these past two nights. I wouldn't be surprised if there are other alliances in the tribe, which I'm not apart of. I can't be the only player double dealing! It's just so funny, cause there are two group chats, and members of one are alliance are bitching about the other, and vice versa. Sierra really rubbed people he wrong way in the challenge.

I logged in last night and she demanded where I'd been, letting me know that she and Reynold have been doing the challenge alone for hours. Apparently she did the same to others. Then she got really pissed with Erinn's performance and ended up kicking her out of the Wuyi group chat. Corinne talked about how abrasive Sierra is, and Brandon/Fabio agreed, in our alliance group chat. Then in the other group chat, Sierra was saying how stupid Corinne is, for saying that she shouldn't have kicked Erinn out of the group chat.

It's funny to watch. <3 I just have to tell both sides what they want to hear so think I'm firmly on their side. At this point I'm leaning towards the Peih-Gee/Corinne/Brandon/Fabio alliance though, just cause I've had really good conversations with all of them, that alliance was formed based on us all genuinely liking each other. The other one seemed like I just got added for the hell of it, as an extra number. In fact, the other three were already talking in the group chat before I was added to it, making me feel like the fourth.

In addition, Sierra/Reynold seem like a tight pair. It's been heavily discussed in the Peih-Gee/Corinne/Brandon/Fabio group chat. Sierra was probably our best performance in the challenge, Reynold kept praising her in the Wuyi group chat and saying she should get voted to go to the Temple Of Fate. I don't even have that strong of a connection with Sierra/Reynold, I do like RC though. But I still feel like she came off a bit strong at the beginning by making alliances with others right off the bat.

The vote for the Temple Of Fate is going to be much more interesting than the tribal council vote. The Peih-Gee/Corinne/Brandon/Fabio alliance has planned to vote for Fabio. I'm not really sure why him, but we wanted someone in our alliance. I think Corinne suggested it, so the rest of us went with it. Corinne said she wanted me to get it last night, so I'm a bit curious why she changed her mind. Anyway, the Peih-Gee/RC/Sierra/Reynold alliance has planned to vote for Sierra.

This sucks, cause I'm caught in the middle already. Thankfully, votes are anonymous, it's not even revealed who's sent to the temple. But it's going to be tough to lie and get away with it. I ended up voting Fabio, just cause I'm leaning to that alliance at this point, plus I feel Fabio would use whatever's in the temple for the alliance, whereas I think Sierra would use it for herself and Reynold. I'm extremely worried that if Sierra doesn't get voted into the temple, she'll start lashing out, like she always does.

She'll wonder with four planned votes on her, how she possibly didn't end up in there! I'm not sure how Todd's voting, and I'm assuming Erinn won't vote at all. Who knows, maybe some others are being dishonest about their votes. I can't be the only one who's telling some people what they want to hear. But I do think it's going to be a close vote between Fabio/Sierra, and whichever one isn't sent to the temple, will be shocked and pissed! I just have to cover my tracks and make sure fingers aren't pointed at me.
