Round 9: Bellinger vs. The World

Oh god. So, Fabio told me Roberta had been campaigning to get me out. I message her and make up a lie about how I had a bad day during the vote and that I didn't handle it well, and that I was sorry. Holy shit. She gushed, bleeding Brandon Bellinger love. In the words of legend Stacey Powell, "It ain't real". Roberta is trying so hard to make me feel comfortable, and I can't tell if it's just because she wants me to be comfortable so I won't target her, or she legitimately feels bad. It just seems so forced. Like, she was "hurt" that I was upset and that she "honestly missed" talking to me. Okay, even if this is real, I didn't enjoy our conversations nearly as much as she did I guess. We didn't click, and I think we both know that.

In terms of the vote, I hope biting my tongue and apologizing to Roberta makes the Marty vote easier. My worry is as soon as he hopped on AIM, Roberta and PG sent me messages bringing up that he was online and they weren't sure what to say. I feel like I'm being set up, and that they'll get Marty to vote with them and take me out. I'm really not sure what to think about that.

The whole 2 mini tribes round (I never paid attention to if it was actually round 8 or 9) wound up being so convoluted it was almost impossible to take it serious at some point. It's just like "well, this is pretty out there". I kind of wish you were online more though. I think if you were, we probably wouldn't have gone back to back and I might not have defaulted to RC and PG out of a "lack of visible options" type necessity.

Yeah, I was busy a lot then and heard my name getting thrown out, and Fabio talked me out of leading a charge to get RC out.
