Bye, Sonja! Thanks for nothing! In all seriousness, I hope she's okay with her real life situation. She doesn't seem the type to just ditch the game for no reason, but it sucks cause that's the second time in the game I've lost a close ally in this way. Well, Corinne quit, Sonja was voted out, but for sure I would've worked with Sonja deep into the game if she hadn't vanished after booting Joe with us. Honestly, Malcolm isn't really any better. I've yet to speak to him at all since the merge, he's never here! I even sent him a message on the board, he ignored it.
I would like Malcolm gone this round, I don't think anyone who's able to put the time and effort into the game should leave before someone who isn't able to. I'm not sure what reception that proposal would be met with though. I know Sierra seems to want to drag him to the end for an easy win. He's probably the only person she could beat, so I can't blame her. Sierra/Reynold were sent to the temple last round, they had to decide which members would be given a HII clue and who'd get a location to the clue. Reynold left it up to Sierra to decide.
She ended up giving everyone on original Wuyi, plus Malcolm, minus Brandon, the HII clue. The rest got the location to where the clue is. Suspicious much! Reynold/RC/myself are pretty much over her, we've talked about pulling in Todd as our fourth, cause even though we have the five person deal with Tyson/Andrea, Reynold in particular is worried that they're going to blindside us at Final 7 with the other two who're left. RC and I started comparing notes about Tyson/Andrea and came to the conclusion that they're shady bitches! I just really don't trust them anymore.
Pretty much, we decided to give them the HII clue, cause we're aligned with them and wanted to prove our trust to them. But RC is convinced they gave it to Marty as well, he definitely got it one way or another. RC actually found the puzzle before I did, she showed me where it was. Then Tyson later said to me "Has Andrea finished the puzzle?" so I had to play dumb and ask "What puzzle?" He told me about how he found out where it was, in the dot next to "Luoxiao" and I had to pretend to be grateful like I had no idea. I then asked him "Did Andrea find it or did you tell her where it is?"
I was curious if someone had told Andrea where the puzzle was located, cause I didn't, and I was pretty sure RC didn't either. He said "No, I haven't been on all day, I just got here". I hope I didn't come off like I was interrogating him, so I just said I was wondering if we should tell her about it, and he said he trusts me the most in our alliance and it's something we should keep between the two of us for now. I was pretty suspicious so I asked Andrea and she said Tyson told her where the puzzle was and she was solving it. What. the. fuck.
It's annoying when my supposed allies are willing to lie over something so stupid, if we can't even get our act together over an immunity idol clue then I sure don't have faith in them voting the way I want them to, going deep into the game. So yeah, RC and I are not really interested in that alliance anymore. We pretty much started bashing Tyson/Andrea and said we might even prefer Sierra to them now. <3 I think we're going to tell Reynold all that went down to secure him with us, maybe he'll want to pull Todd in with us as soon as possible.
Hopefully I was able to win immunity, I think I performed pretty well! I'd like to get into the temple again, it's been a while, and the good fortune I had the opportunity to get, being tribe captain at the swap, didn't really appeal to me. I certainly don't want the likes of Tyson/Andrea going to the temple, I wouldn't be opposed to blindsiding them in the near future. RC seemed keen on it this round, I might prefer to string them a long a bit and boot Malcolm or even Marty, before pulling the trigger on Tyson/Andrea after that. The game is heating up, that's for sure!
