Sorry for the lack of activity recently, I've been moderately busy in real life. So, I saw the twist, and I like it more than most of my tribe. Seriously, I cannot wait to talk to some new people. Honestly, the best part of games like this are finding people that I enjoy. Of course I try to do well, but winning isn't my priority. Having fun is, and the more people I like, the more fun I have. I haven't clicked super well with Wuyi as a whole, and the only people I wanna keep working with are Fabio and PG. The rest are boring or are Sierra, and I love watching her play, but hate playing with her.
The biggest worry for me about the swap is getting split up from Fabio and PG, or finding even more boring people. My goal going in is to mesh with my new tribe as much as possible, unless it's a Wuyi majority. In terms of safety, having more Wuyi members is good, but I don't care too much about safety. I wanna meet whatever their tribe is called. Teal Team 8, or something.
When the vote first appeared, I was talking to Fabio and I was willing to volunteer and try to take the leadership role, mostly because having that power meant I would get to ship off the Wuyis I didn't like/keep the bad ones with me and try and get them voted out. However, Sierra and Renyold had both volunteered and wanted it, so I said sure. It also made their deal obvious because when anyone not named Reynold expressed interest, she kept saying she wanted it. As soon as he said he wanted it, she instantly gave it to him. They're not going anywhere.
The last thing is the lie I made up abou Temple. I said that the prize I had was a Double Vote that was allowed to be used at the third TC, but I also had a vote against me if I chose to take it. Fabio thought it sounded good, but I told the lie version to Sierra, and I don't think she bought it. Hopefully I'll be able to go on a different tribe and avoid her, just because I think she thinks I'm shady. In saying that, I know she isn't with me, so I have no qualms against voting her out.

New tribes, and it worked out pretty well. Even though there is a 4-3 deficit, I don't think it's bad. I have the double vote and Sonja is selling the story that Lindsey/Joe are the ones in charge and that she is on the outs. I like it. I really hope it's true, because that's an in for the Wuyi Three. I'm also gonna throw Sierra and Reynold under the bus as much as possible, because I want to sever ties with them. I'm taking the Randy Bailey Swap Strategy: shit talk my former tribe. Try and bond with the new people, and lay waste to the old ones, the old ones being Todd/Sierra/Reynold. I don't care for them at all, so I wanna let my new tribe know that. I wanna let them know that I want to work with them, and I'm happy to see the new people in store. Hopefully this group is more interesting than the last group.

Sonja is a strange old lady, but I think we did a pretty good job in the challenge. Her idea of giving all the commands out at the start and making the images then was awesome, great way to think outside the box and make it easier.

Well, we lost the challenge which isn't too good, but...I think Wuyi might be safe. I have the double vote, so that's gonna help. All we need is one person to flip to ensure that we have the majority, and Sonja and Marty seem like the two most likely people. Also, Chris is here and he might have sour grapes in regard to getting exiled. I'm hoping that one of the three will switch sides so we can send Joe packing. Joe hasn't been social with the Wuyis at all and has strong ties to Lindsey. Taking him out now would be great, because it'd seperate a strong pair. I also don't get why anyone would want to pair with Joe, because his typing still is pretty fucking annoying. He tries to make every sentence as plain and empty as possible, and he does a good job because I struggle to talk to him. I have to bring myself to chat with the guy, and resist the urge to slam my head against something every time I do. Here's hoping that the Bellinger Magic Hat can make some, well, magic, and keep my ass in the game.

Fuck me, nobody but Marty is online and he's super non-committal. I get that, he doesn't wanna rush into anything/wants to wait for his original tribemates to hop online/is already voting for a Wuyi and doesn't wanna lie. I literally wrote I thought I would be safe less than 10 minutes ago, so I'm taking that back. I'm gonna stay in survival mode until I know I'm safe. Also, I'm a little cautious of Sonja because she was elected leader. I'm hoping that she actually is on the outs and isn't just trying to lead us on for the sake of it, but if she is, that would be awful.

I talked to RC and caught up with what I missed...apparently Joe took awhile on the challenge, and even asked Sonja to stop at one point. That's beyond a red flag. Joe practically coated himself in red paint and screamed "I'M THROWING THE CHALLENGE". Apparently Chris and Joe are tight, because Chris and Joe both started pushing hard for us to vote Sonja out. Taking out Sonja puts Wuyi in a corner, and we'd be easy pickings for the former Huaiyu members. I don't like that at all. I talked to Andrea about the vote, and apparently she's nervous about Joe as well and heard about Joe's attempt to throw. Odds are Joe wants to keep the numbers safe on that side, and get his buddy Chris in the process.
I had my first conversation with Chris. The first thing he asked me was, and I shit you not, "So for this vote , how are you thinking?". Dude. Really? Really? You cannot do that. Get to know me. Ask where I'm from. You gotta do the standard "Nice to meet you" ORG convo. Chris is playing way too hard, and he's in cahoots with Joe, so Joe is guilty by association. Seriously, you don't come to me without small talk first. That's the way it works. I get that sometimes you wanna just cut the shit and go straight to it, but that should never be the first message you send to a stranger. That's just bad socially. I won't vote with you for that reason alone.
As of now, we have myself(x2)/PG/Sonja/RC and possibly Andrea all voting for Joe, with Joe/Chris voting Sonja. Marty continues to try and stay in the middle and not take a side, and I don't like that. Marty is too non-committal, and that's bad news. Chris told me he wouldn't lock in on Joe, so apparently Marty isn't just like that towards me, he's like that towards both sides. Marty not making a decision is alarming, just because the standard thing to do is say yes when someone asks. Now, that might bite him in the ass, but he comes off as untrustworthy when he's so difficult to work with. Honestly, if Joe does go home, I might want Marty to go next. Do you know why Sandra was able to survive so well? People always knew where she stood. If people know where you stand, even if you're against them, you're predictable. If you're predictable, it's easy to plan against you. If you have a wildcard, you can't predict what they're going to do, and you can't plan for that. Marty is a lot more dangerous than Chris and Joe for that reason alone. He's either a crafty player or an emotional player, and I don't like either.
