Immunity Challenge #4
Now onto the challenge, "Follow The Leader". It is called this because you will be following your Leader's directions through a course to retrieve pieces. This is what the course will look like for the Followers:

You may look at this grid and this to yourself "Is this a joke, there's nothing there!" This is not a joke, the reason you see nothing on the grid is because the Followers in this challenge will be blindfolded.
The Leaders will each be sent a grid with the locations of puzzle pieces and obstacles that will block routes. Followers cannot move through obstacles, they can only move to clear spaces. The goal of the Leader will be to direct the follower to a piece and then back to the starting line.
Only one Follower is allowed to go at a time. Once they have started, no other Follower will be allowed to start until they have posted their solved puzzle.
Here's how you complete this challenge. For this example I will use myself as the Follower and our Prediction Writer Morgan as the Leader.
To begin, Morgan as the Leader will post:
Morgan calls Jeff to the starting line.Then as the Follower I will post an image with my icon (use the icons that appear above your avatar) at the starting point and the following phrase:
Jeff goes to starting line to be guided by Morgan.Now that I'm at the starting line Morgan will begin leading me through the course by posting coordinates for me to go to.
Morgan tells Jeff to move to A2.As the Follower, I will then post a new image with my icon moved to A2 and the following phrase:
Jeff moves to A2.This process will continue until you have reached the piece that the Leader is leading you to. Once you have reached that coordinate, the Alpha will post:
Morgan tells Jeff to pick the piece.And, as the Follower, you will respond with the following post (no image required for this):
Jeff picks up the piece.Once you have the piece the regular process for moving along the course will resume. Once the Follower has returned to the starting line they will post:
Jeff removes blindfold and drops the piece.Once this is complete have the next Follower can begin and the process can continue.
The first tribe to collect all 6 pieces will win Immunity. This will be determined by the time each person takes to complete their portion of the challenge, so you will want to go as quickly as possible.
You will have until
Monday March 16th at 10:00pm EST to complete this challenge.
The Alphas will receive the grid via private message. Leaders are not allowed to share this grid with Followers, it is to be kept secret. Leaders are allowed to have Followers move up, down, left or right. Followers
cannot move diagonally.
If after 24 hours neither tribe has finished, the tribe that collected the most puzzle pieces will win Immunity. If both tribes have collected the same amount of bags, the tribe to get their last piece first will win.
